hair: why are not growing?

Hi guys! good, this post is about hair. ☃

✰ The subject is: "I see my roots grow but my hair is still the same size." ✰

Well, the problem is simple:

When our hair is full of chemical or was badly washed / care it starts getting dry, right? For this reason, the tips every time you do something, up to brush the hair they falling. And they are so small and weak that we do not even notice. 

⤳here, I will say tips on how to care it at home:

1. buy a moisturizing mask and pass BEFORE the shampoo and conditioner.

2. whenever do flat iron, babyliss and stuff, spend a restorative oil and a cream / protect spray termico.

3. go every two months or three in three months cut the hair ends.

4. do not sleep with wet hair by more tired than was your day

5. Never rub the shampoo on the tips, rub the root fairly and down massaje.

Hi people! Today is a very random post favorite , but it will also help you have mobile apps but do not know the source download some beautiful. I will explain how to download fonts and my favorites.

<< My fonts favorite app is the phonto, that works for both Android and for iOS >>

1. First (the easy way) open the site http://www.dafont.com. in the early part of the page is a table with many types of sources. You click the font style you want
2. After choosing the font style, find your favorite genre font and click "download".
3. after clicking "download" will load another page. It appears "open with ..." and "open in Phonto". If your fonts application is not the phonto, click "Open with ..." if it is, click "open in phonto"

Hello everybody! How long! Haha . Today I came to do a post about one of my favorite things:

READ!

I will say a few books that I love and some that I want to read!!!!

Well, I 'll start with the first trilogy I read.

THE SELECTION – Kiera Cass

Well, it talks about America Singer , a girl of caste 5 ( poor ) who is a violinist . When "The Selection " , which is where is chosen 35 girls to over time only there is an ( the queen ) , opens registration . America did not want, but her mom say she could not be chosen . She hated Maxon ( prince ) and thought he was a spoiled . But when she enters the palace, see he is not as imagined. She thinks she forgets Aspen , a boy of chaste 6 and her love. But everything changes when she joins " The Elite " . After these two books , which do not have quoted many things cause I hate spoilers, giving and receiving ,  the next come this year, " The One " and another who is about to leave , "The Heir" . The cover of the last book is not out yet but Kiera not forget about drop a few phrases that sometimes we interpret totally wrong . An example of disagreement was when she put the phrase " Sorry for not being in costumes , king." If you have not read any books , will not understand . I figured so many things.

CALL ME - Sarah Mlynowski

Well, technically this book says about a girl ( Devi ) who was dating a boy ( Bryan ) and distance from friends. For reasons that would give big spoilers ( I will not say why) they end their courtship . No exit , no friends. One day , she goes to the mall and accidentally leaves her cell phone fall into the fountain. When it starts to click randomly on your keyboard connects to your past . After managing to convince Devi 's past that was no joke, take advantage. Trying to change your past to have a bright future . But this changes everything completion cycle of your life .
Unfortunately , this book ( to my knowledge ) does not sell in other countries , only in Brazil . But you would love it . It's funny , romantic and different thematic . The view changes every chapter ( I confess I lost myself in the beginning ) . I have read very fast, 319 pages in less than 5 hours. Which to me is very fast . I read it in one day only . In short : wonderful.

In the morning...

Hi people!

Another day of post! Today let's talk about food for breakfast! It may seem a silly topic but many people leave home without eating or eat something inappropriate for the time.

Prefer something light, drink as much as the food:

Breakfast at 6:00 am until 8:00 am.

• Apple - Has plenty of water and is healthy. 
• Cereal - prefer the corn, or without any "taste" (such as chocolate or colored). 
• Water - if you drink water before eating anything, is more energetic. 
• Juice - choose some organic or all natural.

Breakfast at 8:00 am until 10:00 am.

• Coffee - cappuccino is a good choice, but anyone with chocolate can give you a little sick at work / school and throughout the day. 
• Bread - a loaf of bread with an egg can feed more than you think. (more than 1 egg not recommended) 
• The breakfast at six o'clock in the morning can also avail up at ten o'clock in the morning as it is healthy.

Never eat / drink:

• Chocolate, soda, chips, candy, gum, pizza ... - I know many of us love it all though, everything has its time! Both can make you vomit! Besides not being even a little healthier.

Butterbeer recipe & introduction

HELLO !! My name is Eduarda and here I'll do a blog. (no, seriously?) haha.

I don't speak english, so i will use Google Translator.

today I'll make a mini introduction. Show you how I'll make posts (which will be weekly)

My idea is to join several things on a blog and interacting with you all.

 Butterbeer Recipe

ingredients: 

¾ cup brown sugar 

2 tablespoons water 

5 tablespoons of butter 

1 tablespoon lemon juice 

1 pinch of salt 

1 teaspoon of vanilla

¼ cup cream or whipping cream 

Soda water

Preparation: 

Bring the sugar and water to a saucepan over low heat. Once bubbles begin to form at the corners, cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the butter, lemon juice, salt, vanilla and cream. Allow to cool for a few minutes, if you prefer hot or to bring the refrigerator after taking cold. The proportion for the sparkling water is two tablespoons of syrup for every 150ml.
