In the morning...

Hi people!
Another day of post! Today let's talk about food for breakfast! It may seem a silly topic but many people leave home without eating or eat something inappropriate for the time.
Prefer something light, drink as much as the food:

Breakfast at 6:00 am until 8:00 am.


  • Apple - Has plenty of water and is healthy. 
  • Cereal - prefer the corn, or without any "taste" (such as chocolate or colored). 
  • Water - if you drink water before eating anything, is more energetic. 
  • Juice - choose some organic or all natural.


Breakfast at 8:00 am until 10:00 am.


  • Coffee - cappuccino is a good choice, but anyone with chocolate can give you a little sick at work / school and throughout the day. 
  • Bread - a loaf of bread with an egg can feed more than you think. (more than 1 egg not recommended) 
  • The breakfast at six o'clock in the morning can also avail up at ten o'clock in the morning as it is healthy.

Never eat / drink:
  • Chocolate, soda, chips, candy, gum, pizza ... - I know many of us love it all though, everything has its time! Both can make you vomit! Besides not being even a little healthier.
